Eddie and his team are wonderful. They are very responsive to my inquiries, knowledgeable about their products and thoroughly explain things in an easy to understand manner. They are also very proactive in making sure I am adequately protected as circumstances change. He keeps me informed through phone calls and email communications on a regular basis, without making me feel like he's trying to "sell" me more products. I truly appreciate that. While I've been fortunate to have not needed to file a claim yet, I'm confident that if I do, Eddie will facilitate the processing of it and advocate for me with the same level of effort as he did to win my business.

Failed to inform me of a one sided change in Allstate policy. Had a total loss accident, had to sell my car for scrap with no help from anyone from Allstate. Did not pay my claim, I lost thousands. Do not recommend using at all. Definately NOT "In good hands."

My wife and I have been clients of Eddie for years and have always been extremely happy with the level of service and attention that Eddie and his staff give us. How many places actually know your name when you call in anymore! We know that Eddie is always looking out for us and whether it be a car accident or just policy questions, his team is always there to help us out. I can't recommend him enough and have already done to our friends and family.

i called this agent to get a quote, so i ask him a question that he didn't like for some reason .he lashed at me telling me he is "professional" and he knows what he is doing. the best part is when he refereed me to a web site where i can find cheap insurance which meant i can take my business somewhere else which i gladly did. it is unfortunate that AllState treats potential customers in such a manner.
