How do I describe a nightmare?  Because that was the experience that i had whit FRED LOYA INSURANCE! First they misplace my payment by posting my monthly payment into someone else account then the person that made the mistake ask me to make an extra payment and he said he would credit me later! :(  There's so much that happened, recently I had an accident and they didn't wanted to except liability and refused to cover my damages even when i had Liability, full coverage, and uninsured motorist.. The service is awful, I never got to speak the supervisor my phone calls where transferred to voice mails..I can keep on and on!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE SO CALL INSURANCE THEY ARE VERY UN PROFESIONAL....... :(
