I have been an Allstate agent since 1995 and I love my community. I enjoy assisting customers with their insurance needs. Providing offers from a dependable and fair insurance company like Allstate makes that easy. What I like best about being an insurance agent is the support I receive from the Allstate team, which has many talented and friendly people. My team here in Houston–which also speaks Spanish, Chinese-Cantonese, and Hindi–is dedicated, efficient, and professional. Have been with this Agent for the last 10 years . Always very helpful with any insurance questions. The other agents in the Agency are also very professional and knowledgeable .

Very experienced and customer service was excellent! I have a small accident. I called and I was advised and taken care of in no time, which was a huge relief.

My experience with this lady was horrible. I watched a friend go through hell when she tried to cancel her policy when she sold her old car. She never even a phone call from this agent until she tried to cancel the policy

Agent was horrid! She would not cancel the policy and kept hounding my friend  asking about  personal details

In my opinion, this agent was not a professional; All she had to do was cancel the policy and she made it a hellish experience.

You are better off dealing with the likes of USAA, Progressive, GEICO or anyone with non-commissioned agents. The days of the agents on commission is over. . Customer Service is better with the 800 number companies since you are dealing with the salaried agents. If you have an issue, you can talk to the management.  Allstate and other agents are independent contractors and you are stuck with the owner of that agency. 

I can hear the arguments, but these are my opinions based on my experience! 

I am filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.
