We love these guys! Having an amazing resource to help some of our clients get into their dream home or save money from outlandish rates with other companies has made such a difference to our borrowers and to us.

I have been with them for a little over a year, and I always get someone to take care of my insurance needs. As far as rates they are NOT tied to sell only under ONE company. They run a quote with many competitive companies and, therefore I know I'm getting the best deal. I have no complaints.

These folks go above and beyond the norm, twice this year, while traveling, my insurance almost lapsed. They worked hard to track me down and made sure that I did not have any problems, any where else they would have made one phone call and let it go at that. I have all 4 autos, RV, Vacation Home and our Home in Austin with Memorial. In addition, early this year when it was time for my auto insurance to re-new, they called and told me I could save a bunch of money if I switched! They did not have to do it. Just another good example of the excellent way they take care of their customers!

I have had my insurance with Memorial Insurance Agency for 10 years.  I have all of my personal insurance and also my insurance for my business.  I have always received excellent customer service.  I give the professionalism at this agency an A+.   I would recommend for anyone to contact Brenda Bradsher or Ken McCormack for their insurance.
