When searching for home owner's insurance, I googled "insurance broker texas." I lucked into finding the Suzanne Brown Agency and Donna Baker. The Suzanne Brown Agency site was easy to navigate and submit information online for the policy options. I quickly received a follow-up call from Donna. Donna was extremely personable and patient while reviewing the various insurance options with a first time home buyer. She was able to offer me a policy $700 cheaper with better coverage and bundle my car insurance to save me $400 on my annual premium. I would recommend Suzanne Brown Agency and Donna Brown to anyone looking for great insurance coverage at the best possible price. Thanks, Donna!

Donna was awesome! I'm a very special case and I mean that. I was trying to find insurance for my import car meaning it has a special vin due to it being from another country. Getting the car insured required a lot more work than a normal car. I called multiple places to get the car insured and they all told me they couldn't help me due to the vin and car not being able to be entered in they're system. Donna came through for me and helped me get coverage and she gave me an awesome rate as well. I can't thank her enough for her help and I will definitely be using her services again in the future with all of my other insurance needs.

Donna helped me with getting home insurance! She exceeded my expectations. The customer service is amazing. Donna is very fast with the responses and always tries to work with you to get you the best price possible. You have to give them a try. I got the cheapest possible rate with a really good policy. I will definitely be trying them again next year.
