If I could give zero I would definitely do it.  The one only good experience there was with employee Ericka whom is the reason I opened my car policies there and even both my life insurance, other than that Karla Alvarez over charges, has a bad attitude, very unprofessional.  She renewed the policy my sister had for the vehicle without consent. My bank account was charged and she was refusing refund due to her canceling the insurance a month after the request. She as the agent failed To guide us the policy holder or I the driver to do a written letter requesting for insurance cancellation. To get refund we my sister and I filed a claim with the "California state insurance" as soon as Karla received notice of complaint she started harassing my sister with constant calls and e-mails.  Karla is very unprofessional to the point of texting me late hrs such as 10:30pm, 11:30pm etc stating "good luck with my false complaint" really? How unprofessional can Karla be? I had to file a separate complaint sending copy of this text messages earlyer today.  PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING AND IF U DO KEEP IN MIND U CAN SWITCH  TO A DIFFERENT AGENT.  OR FILE A COMPLAINT AT "CALIFORNIA STATE INSURANCE".
