Asked an insurance broker by the name of regal a simple question that i had no problem with before and he couldn't answer it so he told me to go to the DMV this guy seem lazy he even told me to ask dulce a ladie who works at nour i usually have great service to bad this guy is gonna slowly scare away good customers.

I wanted to have documents notarized. Called ahead to check if it was available, was told "yes." When arrived office, was told the person was on vacation. They said I might had called the wrong place, showed them the number and they confirmed it was their place. One person said sorry, but no body admitted one of them answered the phone. At least, accepted the mistake people 😡.

While I wrote this review in my car, one of the representatives came out and gave me a general direction of where the next notary offices were. I bumped one star for that.
