I called to get a quote and the lady that answered the phone placed me on hold for 4 minutes, then hung up. When I called back, she didn't apologize and had an attitude the entire time. Once I decided the quote was too high she easily dismissed me. I guess Allstate doesn't need new clients. Bell South thought they'd be around forever too. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

Rude and extremely disrespectful. I wouldn't buy a policy from her ever. If I could give her a negative star I would.

Stay away from this office!! Run away and dont look back. Run as if you are a victim in a domestic violence relationship. This agent is RUDE!!! If she is not making money off of you then she don't want you as a client. I transferred to her from a different agent and she has been rude ever since. She always remind you she is not getting paid off of your policy. How do I know that transfers don't make the agents money and I don't even work for them. 
   I only went with her because she is close to my job, but she is verbally abusive. She yells at you half the time you ask her to do anything. If she is providing misinformation she hates to be called out on it! Her front desk receptionist doesn't know anything and I don't even think she licensed to be trying to explain coverages. When ask to correct an error they made.  I was verbally attacked by her side kicked receptionist  Sable. She jumped up like she was trying to fight me and both linda and Sable was yelling at me on a mistake they made that caused for the company to owe me over $600. 
  After I left linda Brewster was calling my job harrassing me to find a different agent because she does not get paid off of my policies. When I told her she is extremely  rude and I would never treat a customer like this. She hung up in my face. 
  The following day they made a false report on me to the management office where I work. I don't know why All State has not shut down her office and terminated this lady yet. I have heard from other people she is really mean.  If this is how All State conducts business I will be leaving their company very soon.

I recently got a plocy for renters ins
Lindas employee called me for a welcome to allstate call and it ended up being the most rude and ugly phone call I have ever received.worst cuatomer service in history and Linda turned out to be just as rude.I called for get fax number to cancel policy and i was talked to rude .refused to giv me number and hung up on me several times...so sad is it that hard nust to get a policy and pay on it every month whats the rest of the bullshit for..i never queationed mybpolicy my payment or anything else....thanks allstate ill be happier at statefarm where they know how to speak with happiness and joy
