BEYOND DISSATISFIED! Since I have switched agents my premium has continuously increased without any notification. I have been with State Farm for 10 years! When I called in 6 months ago, I was told that I would qualify for the 10 year discount. Instead my monthly amount INCREASED by $30 on top of the small increases that subtly happen throughout the year. Furthermore, I have not had anything claims filed to my insurance. What makes it even more frustrating is that even if I wanted to my use my insurance, my deductible almost makes it not worth it. I will be switching insurance providers soon. This is very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for so long.

Really Really impressed by their service. They really do try their best to save me money! No joke! They even try to stop me from switch to state farm one time simply because my current plan is better.

Getting new car insurance isn't usually a pleasant process unless you go to state farm Linda Nguyen's office! Just got my new car insurance and I got the best rate I could have possible gotten! Go there and ask for Andy!

Linda and her staffs are extremely professional and welcoming. I had been with Linda for over 5 years and always have positive experience, anytime I have questions, Linda and her staffs always walked me through every step so patiently. I highly recommend Linda Services to anyone. I have all of my policies here including Auto, Home and Life as well.
