Linda's office is the best office in the DFW area! Her service manager Misty has been with her for years and always takes great care of any needs I have with my policy. Linda is an awesome State Farm agent has been with State Farm for over 20 years!! If your looking to save money on auto insurance or get fully covered with life insurance, I would call Linda! Linda will even set up a one on one with you to go over all your policies!! I highly recommend setting up a meeting with Linda it is so worth your time.

One star is far too much for this office.  
Between the CONSTANT billing mistakes,  the Under trained staff, and the Terrible service in this office I dont even know how its still running.  My wife and I had insurance through Linda, started in may and quickly ended in September.  The billing department fails miserably on a regular basis.  Example- They were supposed to reimburse me via check ( because they couldn't just put it towards my balance) but when i got my checks the bank said they had been stopped! When I called and asked why on THREE separate occasions, I was given the run around and told I would get a call back.  Weeks went by before they finally had the answer that it was applied to my balance (which they couldn't do a few weeks ago).  Then one day I just so happen to log into my bank portal and see that statefarm has pulled a payment out of my account. which would be okay if i was set up on autopay but i WASN'T! i quickly called and demanded a refund which they wouldn't grant unless I paid the bill another way.  it didn't bother me that they wanted payment even though i paid 6 months up front, what bothers me is they pulled it from my account without proper permission.  when i asked how they said i signed a form for it. kinda funny cause i never signed it.  so when i ask for a copy or at least the date i signed so called form guess what i got!?  you guess it!  I got the dreaded words "we will give you a call back" ... wanna guess what happened next? Yep, no call back! 
Ive been with statefarm all my life but i will never give this office my business again!! 
Korina Hernandez is based out of Plano and has upstanding service at a lower rate, with better staff, and all around world class customer service.  
She will even personally drive to you in order to sign paper work and if there is a problem its fixed promptly.
Please save yourself the headache of poor employees, poor management, and poor customer service.  

P.S-  I actually had to file fraudulent charges with my bank and contact my lawyer.  the grief this office puts you through is enough to make you never wanna have insurance again.
