I’ve been an Allstate customer for nearly 20 years and have enjoyed uniformly excellent service.  I’ve had auto, renters, home owner, and life insurance products with Allstate.  Emily Andrews is my 4th Allstate agent based on my moves around the country.  When I moved to Kansas, making the needed changes to my insurance was quick and easy.  Emily and her staff were very friendly and proactive about setting up my new policy, and have been diligent in following up to ensure that my insurance meets my changing needs.  I might be able to save a few bucks a year by shopping around, but in my experience there’s no substitute for having an insurance agent who knows your name and you know his or hers.  Allstate has been there when I needed them, providing prompt policy and claims service as well as good advice in tricky insurance situations.  Each of my Allstate agents has earned my business by outstanding customer service.  Emily is continuing a long pattern of providing this outstanding service.  I not only would recommend her to a friend, I already have.

Ms Emily is an excellent representstive for Allstate.  She has helped me make good sound decisions on my auto and home insurance for years,  She is very detailed and knowledgeable of current policy.   I would highly recommend her services to my family and friends.

We have had insurance with Allstate since 2008.  We have had excellent support from Emily Andrews our insurance agent.  We plan to continue having our insurances with Allstate.  We have recommended Allstate Insurance to others and will continue to do so.  Emily Andrews' five star rating is very well earned.
