Best customer service ever!

I have worked with Debbie and her staff for 14+ years.  I have always found them to be professional and when there was a question or concern they always got back to me with a response.  I don't know if they are the least expensive but I know they do their jobs, communicate well and are backed by State Farm in case anything should ever happen.

I've walked past Debbie's office for years, since it is right in my neighborhood.  I never had a neighborhood insurance contact before, so I didn't know what I have been missing.  

In the past, I never met my representatives, they were just a voice on the phone.  Plus, I did not understand what made one policy or insurance company better than others.  I mostly just hated to pay the premium, whatever it was.

I saw State Farm's support of neighborhood events all through the year, and the great care they took of their property.  I later learned that most of their agents have over 10 years in the business.  I also liked that it was not a one man band (they have 16 people working there).

So I gave my policies to Debbie to review, and on one, she found that I had good coverage and pricing.  My other policy showed areas where I could be better covered, for the same cost.  

In the end I made Debbie Swinney my agent of record, which means I know who to call, and if I can't call, I can walk there.  Their neighborhood connection, longevity in business, and experienced team make me confident that I am well covered, yet not overpaying for the coverage.

Excellent service!!! Debbie was very helpful, she definitely knows what she is doing. I got my health coverage through her.  Thank you Debbie :) I highly recommend her!

I 've been with Debbie and State Farm for over 10 years! As an office they are super reliable easy to get ahold of and exceed my expectations! Our polices for homeowners and auto give us the maximum coverage for the best price! Thank you Debbie!
