Steve's supporting staff are to busy to handle a person's needs as they come up. Very very poor at follow up when there is a serious need. Steve is great if you live in Olathe and can go around the supporting staff then this agency is the way to go Only if you can go in person and not rely on the staff.

You can't go wrong here. Steven has the level of customer service that is unbelievable.   if you dont know your insurance providers name its time to switch to Steven at farmers.

Everytime I walk into the office, I'm greeted with a smile.  Customer service is huge for me, because largely it's a lost art.  Not at Steve's office!!  Great team, excellent service!
