The people who work in the office were wonderful to me but they gouged me on the cost.  The first year I was with them they had the best price but from then on the price went up every year.  So after being with them 3 plus years I got other quotes and Borg was way higher.  So I told them I was switching and all of a sudden Kirk found this "discount" to lower my monthly cost by well over $100 a month.  I checked the internet and discovered that the discount they were offering didn't exist.  So they must have made it up and it was the amount they were overcharging me.  They were all nice people but beware and shop your policy every year to make sure they are not overcharging you.

We have Allstate as our insurer for many many years and they have met all of our expectations over the years.  We really enjoy the our argents have all been friendly and available when needed.

I noticed that there are 5 reviews, all from 2-7 years ago, and at least one of them is from an employee. Here is a recent experience. After 4 years with Borg I realized that they were overcharging me by about $330 per year on a homeowners policy.  I have never filed a claim. The mistake was clearly their fault, and Vicki Weige (agent) confirmed that. They not only refused to refund the overcharge, but also were completely content to lose me as a client. At first it seemed like it was a mistake, but the actions they took after being made aware would make this appear to be an intentional act to make more money, $1500 more. All of you with Allstate policies from Borg should check them closely. If they did it to me they likely are doing it to others. Stay away from Borg Agency. I found less expensive coverage from Liberty Mutual and Geico for the cars. If Allstate treats you this way when all you have done is write checks to them imagine how they will be if you have to file a claim.

I have been with Allstate and the Borg agency for over 20 years now. Kirk has the best customer service and is always looking out for my best interest. If i have had any problems they get it handled super fast. Never making me wait and always returning calls a.s.a.p. Kirk and the people in his office are the best in there field. If your in the market for insurance don't hesitate to give them a call.

The Borgs are great people.  They really know how to treat their clients welcomed me as one of the family.  I really appreciate this agency.  Always willing to go out of their way to make sure people are taken care of.
