I called Pekin Insurance for an agent in my area.  They gave me Bovaird Insurance Agency.  We could not be happier with the service that we have received. I can come into their office and work directly with their staff.  In a recent claim, we received outstanding service the could not be matched. I have never had an agent that has been as helpful with my policy questions or in our claim situation.  Thank you Suzanne, Natasha and Karli for your service.  We appreciate it.

Suzanne & Kevin are the best team in the valley. They got everything I needed without the hassle. They are so good at what they do and continue to expand their knowledge to be the best. Thank you for your great work Bovaird insurance and the rest of the team. You are all amazing people.

Horrible Customer Service. My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing.  I had/have a claim and the agent, Suzanne Brovaird  had incorrect details, referred to other people without a complete understanding of what was needed.  She sold a policy and moved on.

I've used Bovaird insurance for my auto insurance for a few years. Great customer service and always very friendly.

Great company with experienced agents that are there to help you with your insurance needs.  Informed and educated in getting you the right insurance.  We were able to get more coverage on our home and car at a better price than our previous insurance company.  Seven years ago we purchased our home and the value was different so Suzanne and Kevin made sure we were covered based on the economic situation.
