Started out with Mr. Hale 18 years ago.  Switched car insurance 10 years ago due to price (at the time I was a single mother).  I received no less than 1 call a week trying to get me to switch back.  I faxed my current coverage to them to see if they could match it and they couldnt, STILL I received calls to switch!!  By the way I have NEVER missed a payment.  Received a letter that my Home Owners Preferred Policy will NOT be renewed because I have had 3 claims in 3 years!!! Eighteen years and I was canceled because of 3 claims!!  Not Happy and I wish I hadnt stayed with them all these years.  They dont deserve my loyalty.

    Two years in a row this insurance agent wanted to raise my car insurance premium because of how much the company had to pay out in claims, when I had never even had a ticket. I dropped the insurance for cheaper and better, but left my homeowners policy with them because I had already paid for it in full. This year a 300.00 dollar hike in the price (from 500.00 to 800.00)

    DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR CREDIT HISTORY AND DRIVING RECORD SHOULD GIVE YOU A BETTER RATE FOR LONGER THAN ONE POLICY.
