I have always had great service with this bank. Friendly tellers and office personnel. They have handled all my banking needs with ease even when ordering foreign currency. I love my bank and its staff.

Customer service here is horrible. I went to cash my payroll check and not only did they refuse to cash my check that i cash there every 2 weeks. But when i told them that i will be cancelling my account they acted like they wanted me to. They almost encouraged me to because they didnt want to deal with the issue. They would not tell me why, they just said they would have to cash through a 3rd party and charge me 1.5 percent. Which is absolutely outrageous. I opened a checking account specifically to avoid being charged
