Contracted Pitzer to do estate taxes. A month later the IRS states the returns are in error and I owe more. Pitzer would not take responsibility and advised me that it would cost more to fix the problem. Huh? The process took me another 8 months to resolve with the IRS. I would not recommend trusting them to do taxes.
We have been using Mr. Pitzer for over 15 years now. There isn't anyone we would trust more to help us with our yearly taxes. They are very thorough and helpful. Couldn't recommend more!
After years of doing business with this firm, my family is very upset with the lack of returning phone calls, incompetent answers when we talked to someone and especially the fact that we paid and signed our completed tax return on 04/09/20. Our check for their services cleared our bank on 04/13/20 and as of today 04/24/20 our tax return has NOT been filed?! No response at all today from owner and am so very disappointed. This is not the time to be messing with clients and their tax returns
