I absolutely love AllVetMed.  They have made my life and my dog Charlies life so easy.  Having a furry friend that is on long term medication can be a big chore.  AllVetMed makes my life so simple.  The people in the customer service department are so professional and friendly.  My orders always arrive right on time as agreed upon.  I have also now started to order many other products from the site as I am so accustomed to their great service.

I agree with all the negative reviews.  I wish I had read them before placing an order.   I placed an order 11/20.  My credit card was charged right away.  Ten days later and my vet still had not been contacted to approve the prescription medication i ordered.  Doesn't this company realize that prescription medications are usually needed right away and a two week or more delay is totally unacceptable.  I will not order from them again. I tried to call four times.  Each time I was placed in a queue and then when I was #1 for the next customer service rep, I was disconnected - FOUR times, that's not just a coincidence!

I think they must be paying for the five star reviews.  They all sound alike.  And does it seem reasonable that there are onlyone star reviews from actual customers and five start reviews from bogus customers - at least they ought to pay for a few 3 or 4 star reviews to make it more believable.

I have used All Vet Med 3 times before and always had outstanding experience while shopping there. The prices are very reasonable and their customer service is great. In all instances the medications I ordered for my dogs arrived on time. I will use them again if necessary.

I read the negative reviews before ordering, but thought I'd chance it. What a disaster. My first order with them went relatively smoothly, so my guard was down.

On August 3 I tried to place an order for a refill, but their web site was generating errors with all credit cards. I emailed them for help (no one ever answers the phone... it's just VM).

By August 10th I hadn't heard back, so I emailed them again. Here's the response I received, so you can see the level of literacy you'd be dealing with:
"Matt good evening, yes we are in business of course, there it was few days with the issue but IT department already fixed. Thank you so much an apologies for the wait.

Thank you,
Customer Service"

I tried to reorder it then, but this time there was a glitch on the shipping form that removed roughly half the states (including mine) from the drop down menu. Another few days and then that was fixed and I unfortunately managed to place my order.

On August 14th, I emailed them to check on the status and got:
"Dear customer We are just waiting on he Dr to approve it."

On August 21 I emailed them again to ask status and got:
"Yes Matt is leaving tomorrow morning product already arrived."

On August 23 I emailed again asking for status and did not hear back until 4 days later. They cancelled the order because they did have the medication. Medication, which by the way, they had said in a previous email that they had in stock and was all ready to ship out. Here's the actual email from them, again so you can see the terrible English:

"Dear customer good afternoon, apologies for the delay, we are waiting for stock from the manufacturer
 for the last weeks and is not release date yet. Here is a confirmation for the voided transaction. Please browse on the internet, maybe another store have it in stock until we receive ours."

In my research, AllVetMed certainly had the best price on the two meds I needed to buy. But you definitely get what you pay for, and in the end, it's cost me way more as I've had to buy refills locally due to AllVetMed's inability to ship as promised. What's more, I am realizing I really don't want to trust my dog's health to a company that runs such a slip shod business, and lacks even the most basic grammar skills. 

Have you ever heard of the Golden Triangle? It goes like this: "Good. Fast. Cheap:" Pick any TWO. Be forewarned you don't even get two with AllVetMed.

Awful! Placed an order for the medications, but they canceled it... notifying they were out of stock. But these crooks charged my credit card for $500!!! $500 charge was charged for the canceled order!!! No more explanations needed how they make their money...
Stay far from these crooks, otherwise you will have to file a charge-back with your credit card issuer.
