Had an issue with my furniture that was purchased a couple of years ago but after speaking to the manager Barbara she was able to help me put in a claim and I was so pleased with her customer service and how fast everything was resolved that I purchased a living room set from the Hialeah location again. Omaira was also very helpful and friendly. I wish every business had a manager like Barbara she really bent over backwards to help me with all my needs.

I had low expectations of this company before, but now I can't sing any more praises!! AMAZING customer service! Friendly, personal, no hassles, no tricks. My mom and I came in looking for a new bedroom set for the house and everything that we had seen in the website was on display. Gudelis was WONDERFUL!! She was knowledgeable and patient with our shopping experience. She also gave great suggestions and helped us choose. All in all, I can write a whole essay about Rana Furniture, but instead I suggest you to go and experience it for yourself. You won't regret it!
