I came back 3 days after I installed a complete set of tires and found one of the tires drop flat overnight. I ask the service manager what was the return procedure in the case of the tire been defective, he first start going on the defensive that it must be a factory issue with my tire air sensors or that someone must had done this to my tire... Come on. At end the found nothing and I wasn't charge anything because it is included in the service ( 7:15 am to 9:30am) but I am heading back home concerned to know that to any issue I am going to have reluctancy on Walmart side.

3pm and they said they were fully booked til 8? Come in the next day and the same story. I even brought just the rims to mount and balance them, but apparently the 9 cars ahead of me were all they could do in 5 hours. The workers were also not willing to help or assist

It's unfortunate that this is the only option for Walmart tire and oil service aside from driving all the way to Homestead. Rude staff, never have time to fit your vehicle in and give you a hard time about upholding their warranties even when their products are faulty. Whoever their manager is needs fired because they clearly don't know how to run a team. Sad.

Horrible experience, poor costumer services.....i came at 7:00 AM and still here 11:52 AM, now they starting to work in my car........tires and oil change....

Horrible..... they take for ever to make make an oil change. When in at 8am and my car was done around 12:30pm and i had to notice by myself since no one informed me that the car was finish.
