Love this place! Wonderful staff and the rooms are phenomenal. Highly recommend this hotel. Traveling as a female with children I felt very safe and comfortable. The parking was very easy as well as checking in and out.

This place has had a huge renovation! Totally remodeled... Once you walk through the door and see its stunning décor, you believe that you will spend a pretty penny. However, its quite reasonable. located near the bustling shopping center of downtown Louisville the aloft provides easy access to wide range of activities. my limited interaction with after was polite and check-in was relatively quick. the room was clean comfortable and came with a fridge should you find the need. I found power outlets to be the only real annoyance of the room as they were not easily accessible especially from the beside

We stayed here since it is in a good location and was the best price/quality for a room with two queen beds. When i checked in, they gave me a room with one King bed. I told the front desk and she told me I have to call after I book my room online to request a room type (how would I know this?). Luckily, they weren't too booked and she was still able to switch my room. The room itself did the job but it wasn't the most spacious room and the light switches were confusing. The bathroom light required the sleeping area light to be on. Also, the bathroom door was a sliding door that left a crack open and no lock.

Room was nice, comfortable and modern. It's located close to many restaurants and pubs. My main negative is that the kitchen is right next to the lobby and the elevators. The smell of any food that's very fragrant carries throughout the entire hotel. We were in the 8th floor and could smell bacon, and fried foods. Not too pleasing when you're walking around the hotel (I didn't mind the bacon so much.)
