This place might not be the best but started privately owned. I stayed with place pretty much when they first started. When all other hotel rates are high there's remain the same. The staff is decent. Free Continental breakfast and safe parking. Nowhere in Miami do the offer garage parking. This place in my opinion is pretty good for price! It's close to downtown and mall and movie theater in walking distance.

HATED IT! ONLY GAVE IT 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION TO GIVE NO STARS. AWFUL! DISGUSTING! DIRTY AND RUDE!!! NEVER AGAIN! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE FROM BREAKFAST TO THE BLOOD IN THE SINK TO THE RUDE STAFF AND FLOATING RESIDUE IN THE UNDRINKABLE COFFEE. ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND FREEZING, HOTEL SMELLS LIKE VOMIT AND IS FULL OF LOUD KIDS AT THE DIRTY POOL ALL NIGHT NO PARENTS AROUND. TV BARELY WORKED INTERNET BARELY WORKED, WAS HORRIFIED BY THE WHOLE THING AND COULDN'T WAIT TO LEAVE.

The a.c vent leaked in our room the entire time we were there, we never got complete housekeeping services, and the breakfast wasn't as described in the reservation confirmation email. I reserved a Queen room and instead I got a double occupancy room with a fridge and safe which to my knowledge was an extra charge. Also, they made our beds each day but NEVER emptied the trash. I'm not racist but I honestly feel with their staff being predominantly Hispanic, my girlfriend and I, a lesbian couple, recieved unfair treatment. The prices weren't that bad and the location made it worth the while, otherwise, there would be probably 1 star rating. Doesn't help this was our first time coming on vacation.

It smells like piss, the refrigerator broke and they did replace the food that we had lost, u literally had to slam the bathroom door shut and when you did black ashes would fall from the ceiling. The water always leaked and there was a leak from the ceiling from the upstairs a.c. unit. The free continental breakfast consist of only coffee juice bread cereal waffles. It's from 6 to 9 but they don't care if your still down there eating they start to pull the food. We had the Do not disturb sign just the first day but the never can the rest of the 5 days!!!!! The elevator was constantly breaking down and you have to pay 8 dollars a day for their own parking garage. Would not recommend.

Very strong MOLD and asbestos smell. Not a good place to stay if you have breathing issues. Not clean, very outdated, the breakfast area is not sanitary, food uncovered and old. Staff have the worst attitude and very rude. Will never stay there again. My kids were miserable and had to constantly use their inhalers to breathe properly. Horrible experience!
