OMG! Facials at Aloha are the bomb. They use great products and the ladies who work there are so accommodating. I can't wait to go back!

My experience at Aloha Spa left something to be desired.  Actually, this place leaves a lot to be desired.  
Here is how so. i visited the spa for eyelash extensions.  The front desk/spa owner was very helpful in getting me scheduled. BUT... after this it was all bad.

Firstly, my eyelashes were not applied correctly nor to industry standard.  I say this because the tech (with 15+ years experience) at a very reputable spa; who tried to salvage the poor workmanship.  Said,"honey who would do such work at the expense of your real eyelashes."  "A trained eyelash tech would never apply such over-sized, heavy extension!"  
The job was botched so badly that she asked if she could show them to her coworkers as anexample of what not to do!  I was simultaneously obliged to do so to prevent this from happening to others and mortified  that it had happened to me.

I do want to say that the tech was nice and she did the best of her ability.  I am only sharing my experience. Not aiming this to defame her and I appreciate the effort. Wish this will help you in some way.

I want to speak on the thing that occurred post-my eyelash appointment.  For the record that was my first,last and only visit to the Aloha Spa. 
Even so,the desk/owner fraudulently charged my boyfriends credit card $40 seven or more weeks after that one appointment?!! 

Why???!!! I had not made any  appointment nor had I been able to get her on the phon longer than to put me on hold and hang up when I tried to discuss the botched original appointment! Why/How would I reschedule?

To add insult to injury, when confronted repeatedly by voicemail concerning the charge by both my boyfriend and myself.  This spa owner refused to even acknowledge us with a simple return phone call.

It get better....or worse actually! After several failed attempts to be heard.  I decided to drive down for a face to face. Thinking that maybe she had reason for treating her customer so distastefully?  NOPE.....She had the mitigated gull and audacity to tell me to leave her ANOTHER voicemail.

WOW!

I must love abuse because I obliged the (whew be nice) lady. To which she promptly ignored that call and voicemail too.

Long winded but worth it to warn you DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS UNGRATEFUL>> You have been warned!
