Dr. Murphy's entire office is very honest and very professional.  They strive for natural appearances in all their facial procedures.   Dr. Murphy did a facial procedure (surgery) and my results are so natural, just perfect.  Tracy has done my injections for years and she is  amazing with Botox and Filler and she really cares about your results.  Proof: I just saw a group of friends that I haven't seen in 15 years.  They kept going on and on about how good I look.  By the end of the week, two of them pulled me aside and said, okay, really, what are you doing?  You look like you looked years ago.  When I told them about what I do, their comment back was, that's amazing!  We would have never known!  You just look young, just like you looked years ago, you don't look like you have had anything done.  Bottom line, if you're looking for that plastic look, look at me, I just spent bucks on my face!  Maybe this professional group is not for you.  If you want an honest Dr. that is all about natural, beautiful results, then this is your Dr. and Medical Spa.  Dr. Murphy, Megan, Tracy and Noelle are all excellent at the services they provide.

This place is a nightmare!!! Dr. Murphy,s wife did my lips twice. Both times she was very unpleasant, her and that scary office manager were more like a gang than Dr.s assistants. The first time Mrs. Murphy did my lips they were so bruised I couldn't go out for WEEKS!!! This was the first time I had any type of procedure done and I did not know what to expect. The second time my lips were so lopsided and my top lip so oversized that you could not see my teeth at all. I have big lips to begin with, however as you age lips lose some of thier volume. Mrs. Murphy had very bumpy lips herself(I should have taken that as a clue) actually all the girls in the office had lopsided lips. I thought they may have done them thier selves. During the second procedure I had a mirror and started to cry as the right side of my top lip was so huge I could see me teeth even when I lifted my lips. Mrs. Murphys idea was to do this to the other side as well. I said no way and left the office hysterical. I called and demanded my money back and they said no problem. Then they had thier bulldog of an office manager send me a cease and disist letter. They are rude, sloppy and unethical. I wouldn't let them work on my pit bulls face.  Following the second procedure I looked like Bart Simpson and was never refunded as they promised or for the mess she made of my face. Find someone else.

Had $2,000 Black Friday special package with Tracy.  I actually look worse with large bags under my eyes and little to no improvement in my  facial wrinkles. I would not recommend Tracy for facial injections. No one can believe I had $2000 worth of injections. My friends and family have commented that it looks like nothing was done except for the addition of puffy bagging under my eyes. Tracy did call after I posted my original review, which I have edited, and wanted me to come in for follow up for corrections.  She is very nice and caring but I feel that there are more skilled injectors out there that would have done a better job.

My daughter was attacked by a dog and he did an amazing job repairing the damage that was done. We are still in the beginning stages but everything is looking great.
