My family rented four rooms here  for the weekend.  We hung out in the lobby and visited.  The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.  The rooms are big and the pool  was  warm. We had my mom's 90 birthday party in the large room and everything was perfect.  Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Alpena.

Nicest hotel I've stayed at (and I've traveled the world). Very clean, and very nice staff. This is a new benchmark of how all hotels should be.

Smaller than I expected. Nice bike/walking path except for the construction at 11th Avenue. Area with construction is not currently suitable for biking. Helps to have a map with you if you don't know the trail.
