Very good experience. I purchased a bike at a garage sale for $4. Not suggesting this is a great idea but I have several bikes but I did not necessarily like to ride them. This was an old specialized crossroads XP. The frame is rigid, handle shift 21 speed, light weight 15lbs, from 1994. Condition was OK, was not in riding condition when I got it. Front rim was cracked, tires were original, tubes old, brakes pad were toast. I got it barely rideable to test it out before I took it in. The size was comfortable. Cost of repairs ...$230+. Very reasonable. I have been riding it and it’s awesome! The repairs were definitely worth it. And if I really get into riding, I might even buy a new bike!

Walked in and was interested in taking a bike out for a demo. Spoke to Dave about options. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told him that I was not going to buy a bike, but he still treated me as if I was, and to me that says a lot about his professionalism. I work for a well known investment firm. Our goal is to treat every client the same regardless if they have if they have over 100 million or just a few thousand with the firm. Thanks Dave for give great customer service!

Dave Lytton and the entire DTC shop were incredible. I was purchasing my first "do-it-all" touring-style bike. Dave took an incredible amount of time to understand my needs as well as riding style and fit me with the perfect bike that I absolutely love to pedal. I received the unparalleled, expert customer service you hope for with a local shop. I strongly encourage others to come to Alpha Bicycle and keep this shop thriving!
