I am not a bike rider, however I am a runner with a Bob stroller and know nothing about tire maintenance or needs. It is thorn season in Colorado and my husband and I have changed 6 inner-tubes in 8 weeks. Frustrated with Bob stroller tire quality I went to BikeSource for help. The Service guy that helped me was fantastic! He showed me what product would be best for the tires to protect against thorns. He also showed me a tool to help change the inner-tube easier. He never once acted annoyed with my questions and was incredibly helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Drove all the way from Louisville Colorado in traffic because they were the only knew with the specific bike I wanted. Walked in and there were 3 people behind the counter. I asked where the bike I wanted was. He pointed in a direction and said over there. I thought he'd come over and try to help me and after 10 min I decided to start writing this review. I've spend thousands of dollars in this store when we bought bikes a few years ago and a trailer. It was a much different experience. I will never return to this store. Maybe it's just me but I shouldn't have to figure this out on my own with a business I'm going to spend another couple grand.

Adam does an excellent job with fittings. He is very thorough and has great attention to detail. I highly recommend getting a fitting done with him. I don't have any experience with the service department yet. The store has a ton of inventory and the people working there have always been friendly. I plan to keep coming here.

Excellent customer service! They were helpful and friendly and got my bicycle fixed and with new pedals installed in just a few minutes. They're also huge with a good selection of a lot of products.
