We just bought a great mattress from Jay.  His knowledge helped us make the right decision for both my husband and I.  Our bed was delivered the day after we bought it, with no hassles.

Sales side is great.  Operations/delivery was a challenge.  Purchased iComfort king foam mattress and adjustable bases on 28 May (Memorial Day Weekend).  They offered to install on 30 May.  I demurred in order to refinish sleigh bed.  So, nearly 10 days later, I get a call the night before delivery saying they need another week due to lack of parts (adjustable base).  This and Labor Day are their two greatest sales, according to Jay, store manager.  My rep, was Kristen.  Sales friendly, helpful, wonderful.  Delivery was from another planet.  After I said cancel order, Sales calls back and says they somehow found the parts for my delivery.  I asked for owner (in this case, district manager) to please call me at home.  After 4 requests and three days she called.  In the meantime, delivery truck texts me 5 minutes after the 2 hour window to say they will be 30 minutes late.  They arrive an hour late (3 PM).  Both young, fit, and polite men, though one did not sound like he spoke English, parked their van in the middle of the street, engine running, while both hauled their deliveries to my apartment on 3rd floor.  I said I needed the boxes, had requested them from sales, and they did not want to do that.  They wanted to unbox these things on the street.  After getting the mattress and two adjustable base boxes upstairs, it took them two hours to unbox, install, and debug why the bases would not sync.  Eventually, a specialist was summoned who came out to do the sync, then re-sync.  5 PM when they left, for an original install of 12 noon.  Meantime, this circus has generated quite a crowd, with folks on the street, curb, and on my floor, watching the progress.  Summary.  sales is great, but like a car, when is it not?  Delivery was a total disaster, and did not seem like it was from the same company.  I was told by the district manager, that an operations/warehouse manager would call.  And that never happened either.  Brick and mortar stores shoot themselves in the foot.  Next time, it is back to Amazon for me.

We bought our memory foam mattress here. The sales guy was helpful and the delivery was convenient. I suggest buying at the end of the month. They have monthly quotas and will  work with you on price to meet their quotas.

I walked in and told the store sales associate what I was looking for and what price range I could afford. I was shown several options and I was given a great deal in accordance to the Labor day sale that was going on. In fact we were able to get our bed delivered the same day. Thank you sales associate Nicholas.

I recently purchased 2 mattress from Jay. It was absolutely a great experience and so refreshing work with a salesman that was very professional and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Jay was not pushy, made me feel comfortable and listen to me and my concerns and needs. Again a great experience. Thanks Jay
