My parents recently purchased a home and were looking for home insurance.  However, as elderly individuals who spoke limited English it was difficult for them to consult with different companies to obtain quotes.   I assisted them by contacting several companies until my co-worker recommended Alpha Direct Agency. I initially called and explained I was calling on behalf of my parents who spoke limited English. I was quickly reassured a Spanish speaking representative would contact them.   My parents were very pleased with the professionalism and most of all patience the represervation at Alpha Direct exhibited.    Thank you for making it such a seamless process for my parents!!!!  Great job!!!
