Very happy with Mark Link’s team – especially Dan and Spencer.  Recent example – I needed to have the windshield replaced on my Honda Pilot Elite.  Because of sensors in the glass (lane departure system, automatic braking system, etc.) and need for recalibration I was experiencing difficulty/hassles between the glass repairer and Honda Service.  Mark’s team got involved, cut through the “red tape” with both companies and made sure that my Pilot would be repaired properly – and that the costs would be covered by State Farm.  Not sure if “The Gecko” would have done that!!...Thanks much for the support guys!

I was a client of the previous owner of this agency.  When Mark took over he called to just say hello.  He followed up as well when my homeowners policy was set to renew offering to check what his auto rates would be since I did not insure my car with them.  Not only were his rates better than I currently was paying but he made the transition seamless for me.  He knows what customer service is all about!

As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted by Mark and he was quick to make me feel comfortable and at ease about the accident that I was recently in.  He not only helped me with the process of starting a claim and explaining the steps to me, but he also went above and beyond to help me with renting a car.  Since he was unable to get the car rental company to bring the car to the office location, he personally found the car rental location with the quickest availability of cars and drove me there himself.  He made sure that I was not sitting around waiting for hours and he got the work done!!  It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone that I know!
