This State Farm office has been my best experience with Insurance yet. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Rafael, Jeff and Henry are all agents there who are well informed. I went in to ask about life insurance and I was surprised to find out how little I actually knew about it. If you need life insurance this is definitely the place I recommend going to. I was also able to open up a checking account with Rosa who sits at the front. Rosa was very professional and knows how to do her job. Thank you for the great customer service! I will definitely be coming back for my Insurance needs.

This agency was recommended to me by a colleague because she had had such a wonderful experience and I must say, I'm glad I listened. My fiance and I called to inquire about life insurance and had the pleasure of speaking with April. She was very sweet and explained everything with great detail. She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions with patience and with efficiency. I highly recommend this agency, and April as an agent. And I will be sending anyone I know looking to purchase insurance to this agency. :)

My overall experience with the Jewelz Santiago agency has been above and beyond amazing. I have been a customer for a couple of years now having car and home insurance and recently thanks to agent Henry Tejada, who has been more than amazing with dealing with all my insurance inquiries due to his knowledge, professionalism and great communication skills; and who also recently recommended me to get life insurance (best recommendation ever). This by far has been the best customer service I have received from any other company.  The entire staff are very professional and they make you feel like family. Highly recommend this agency.

I manage a very busy medical practice and had been holding off on purchasing renters insurance because everywhere I inquired the process was very cumbersome but this was a very easy hassle free process. I first purchased renters insurance, April the agent assigned to be has amazing customer service. She explained the coverage with great detail and answered all of my questions.   She is diligent, fast and efficient. A month later I added coverage for my engagement ring and again everything was handled smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

After being dragged into the office by my husband, I was shocked to have had such an amazing experience. I was never into the whole “life insurance” thing but to my surprise I was blown away at how wrong I was.  We worked with Henry which explained the importance of having life insurance.  He was clear on all the plans and how it all worked.  He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I left the office with peace of mind. I now see things from a different perspective.   Highly and greatly recommended. 5 stars!!
