Super over-priced. $265 to replace one door knob and one deadbolt. I only needed the knob replaced. The bolt could've been re-keyed, but since the tech didn't have the right color knob, he replaced both. He really REALY should have discussed price up front. The last company I used charged about $65 to re-key both. I figured it would be a little more to replace both, but this much more? Next time I'll just do it myself. Edited to add: Since my review, the owner has called to argue with me. Apparently he doesn't think the price should have been revealed in advance. He might be interested to know his contractor (a) did a crappy job and (b) gave me his own business card and asked me to call him directly the next time. (No, thanks.) Nonetheless, I was inspired to research the brand they use, which is Gatehouse. It's pretty cheap. The knob retails at $12 and the deadbolt around $20. A locksmith most likely pays wholesale or contractor rates. Anyway, do the math.

Great customer service and would definitely recommend! After a bad experience and within 24 hours of services being rendered the owner himself called to address any issues or concerns I had. As a business owner myself, I’m very impressed with how they care for their customers and will contact for any future company/personal locksmith needs.

We live in Plymouth, we called on a Sunday night at 6:10 they were in our driveway by 6:30 we were in our house by 6:45 - the tec Jacob was friendly and efficient

AAA put me on to them. Nick traveled over an hour with Cape Cod summer traffic. He got into the car, made me two new keys. The process depleted my battery and he tried to jump start it without success. Fortunately a park ranger was on hand with the old fashioned type of jumper cables and got me going again with my two new keys. I am very, very appreciative. I had been told that no one but a dealer could duplicate the computerized keys. Alpha proved them wrong.

Great and fast service. Wonderful service. He came right to me fast and made the key even faster. I wouldnt recommend anyone else!!
