Dr. Cox is the animal whisperer. Her demeanor when she first meets your animals tells you right then and there that everything will be okay. She’s done multiple surgeries on different animals we have. Most recently she treated my kitty for Cystitis and I know Pus will be just fine. She always calls to check on my babies in between visits. They also give friendly emails and appointment reminders! No one else will ever handle my babies as long as Dr. Cox and Alpha is around! Thank you guys!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My sister, 9 months pregnant took her 8 month old lab here to get spayed. They did not give us anything for after care, as we let them know she licks and is a energetic puppy they still assured us the suture was fine. Not even two days later, with all eyes on the dog, her stitches opened up. We went to get it fixed and the dog knew where she was going and refused to get out of the car or go into the vet. Not only did they expect her or me to pick the 70 pound dog up and carry her to them, they were very rude about the situation as soon as we walked in. When they went to fix her suture the vet tech almost shot me in the eye with the glue to close up her suture!!!!! After that awful trip she now is wearing a cone and a T-shirt. Today, we go to look at her suture, it opened up completely again!!!! For a dog who is not running around or jumping and such this SHOULD NOT at all occurred. We will never give this place business again.

For anyone looking for a veterinary center I would absolutely recommend this place. Dr. Cox and her staff are wonderful! It's obvious every single person who works there is an animal lover and cares 100% about your pets well being. Appointments are easily scheduled and always within a day or two of my call. I have 2 ferrets and got very lucky to find Dr. Cox and her prices are very responsible. Not like other vets who charge an arm and a leg. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

Nice prices. A bit hard to spot. Small but comfy clinic. Dr.Cox was very very gentle with my baby bearded dragon. First time I heard someone awwwww at a lizard! She knew what she was doing. So did the tech that handled him. I was in maybe 30 minutes tops. Very quick in and out service. This place is a hidden gem and I will continue to go there for my beardie.

Have taken my pets to Dr. Cox for about 20 years.  Her and the staff there always fit my pets in when they are having issues, they know my pets when I call, and every time I come in, no matter what, they are always patient and kind. The past 20 years they have made it worth every penny I have spent there, every minute I have waited in the waiting room, and every perhaps tiny inconvenience to me when they are breaking in a new employee.  Sometimes you have to be loyal to a small business over time to reap all the big benefits, instead of hunting down every cheaper option and going into a rage over every perceived slight.  Stay with Alpha Vet over your pets life-time. It will be worth it.
