Last week, I had my complete HVAC system replace (AC + gas furnace) I got 2 nonLennox dealer estimates and thenI decided I wanted o stay with Lennox HVAC. I went to the Lennox website and selected 3 premium dealers. Alpine was the 3rd dealer to give me an estimate. Ken came in reviewed my system and then gave me his suggestions. What won me over ws Ken is an experienced HVAC installer and tech NOT a salesman that the other companies sent. We discussed the options and the "challenges" in my tight working space.( something the other SALESMAN had no clue). Afte signing the contract, we set up the date for installation. Ken (my salesman/tech/installer) and Brian installed the new unit and explained how to use the new programmable theromstat. A hassle free experience! All I can say, call Alpine if you want a good efficient job at a fair price.

I purchased a new furnace and AC unit from Alpine in June 2010. I live 45 minutes from their location but they advertised in my area and did not reject my business. A major reason I bought from Alpine was because they had a terrific warranty. They gave a 10 year parts warranty and offered service within 24 hours guaranteed for any repair. When my unit stopped working in May 2017, I called for service on Saturday, May 14th. I was told to call again during the week to schedule service. I called Monday, May 16th and was told the earliest I could get service was May 31st. When I asked about their 24 hour guarantee, I was told “That was something that they don’t do anymore.” They eventually moved the service appointment up to May 26th - nearly 2 weeks after my initial phone call. When I spoke to a manager on the phone about how they broke their contract with me, they refused to offer any price adjustment on the labor fee, and refused to live up to the contract that they used as incentive for me to buy from them. The manager, in justifying her position, insinuated that the distance from their location to my house was a burden to them. She explained how it was nice for them to come all the way to my house and not have a travel time charge added to my bill. It is baffling to me how a company can sell a warranty to a customer and then tell them that not only is the contract “something we don’t do anymore” before it’s expiration, but to also be told that the distance to the customer's house is a burden on them. Even more baffling is how they advertise a service contract on the bottom of their invoice! Seems like a great deal for them since they don't have to actually live up to it! I hope if you choose Alpine, you do not have a similarly disappointing experience.

Highly recommend this company. Did what they said they would do at the time they said they would do it and at the quoted price. Special thanks to Larry, Brian, Troy and Eric for their efficient and friendly service (and their patience with the rowdy puppy).

My experience with Alpine Refrigeration has been nothing but pleasant and positive. As an example, when my old air conditioning unit needed replacing in the middle of a heat wave, they came out and were able to make a temporary repair until they could fit me onto their schedule, which was only a week later. This allowed me to stay comfortable until my new unit was installed. The company that I had a service contract with for the last 12 years made no such offer. They also made an emergency repair to my water heater within 24 hours of my call. I chose Alpine because of such positive reviews on Angie's list and I now know why they scored so highly. Very nice people, very good prices and great neat work. I did a lot of research before choosing Alpine and I can tell you with confidence, look no further.
