I called this company for HVAC issues and they said they were coming Within the hour and they showed up at exactly the time they said. The plumber Tom who came in fixed the problem quickly, did not overcharge and gave me some advice. I used this company on another issue and the same service, I will definitely call them again definitely 5 stars!

Emergency situation where Main sewer pipe (inside the house) clogged at 9:30pm. I called them based on google reviews and they were able to get a plumber out within half hr. He took a detailed look at the problem, figured out the possible cause (clogged trap) and quickly went to work. Took about 50mins total to make sure clog was completely removed and system was working well again. Being an inquisitive new home owner, they took the time to explain the plumbing system to me and the steps to remedy the problem so I can better understand how it all works and how to detect a problem and possibly fix it, which I really appreciated. I've heard a lot of sewer repair horror stories especially with people using these "chain" type plumbing companies, especially regarding false diagnosis to get you to pay for unnecessary work or charging lots of money for late hr repairs. These guys are independent and seem honest and reliable. When it comes to pricing, they are not bargain basement but do charge a fair price for quality, non rushed work if you like that sort of thing. I do hope to never have an emergency where I need a plumber again but if it does I would not hesitate to call on these guys again.

When we had an emergency with the water line attachment to our refrigerator on a Saturday, Rich's Plumbing was the only company that provided immediate assistance. The technician they sent to our home, Anthony, exceeded our expectations with his confident work ability; he provided the respectful, high quality service that resolved the problem at a very fair price. We look forward to calling on them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Tom was excellent. But so is Danny, Nick, & Hugo. Tom installed my Delta Windmere in seconds flat, and would have done so without some of my prep help. My long time price pfister ate a hole in a weird place to leak from. I could have done this repair myself, however the price pfister went from leaking to needing buckets quite fast. I didn't have the time to do this repair, so I called Rich's Plumbing. They have done work for me for a quite a few years now. I have a background with repairs, construction and architecture. The staff I mentioned above are very knowledgeable. My town inspector was impressed by the job I pulled a permit for. Now that's really saying something about their work quality.

Our central air was leaking water and they checked and said 95% sure that it was low on Freon and clogged drain which was causing it.They charged us $900 and if it still leaks then they will give us 50% credit if they have to change the evaporative coil. So we landed up paying a total of $3400 which really should have cost us only $1500 ......They do not know what they are doing and would definitely never use them again....Total scammers!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
