Excellent service, excellent work.  I got a quick call back and was able to make arrangements for inspection and work very quickly.  All prices and options were laid out for me and they worked within my budget.  The work was neat, the people respectful and they didn't damage anything despite having to move 4 hot water heaters in total up and down stairs.  Highly recommended.

This is the first time using Gold Medal for repairs and I am so glad I did, Matt and Daniel did a great job!  Matt was wonderful!  He was honest, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel that my repairs were as important to him as they were to me.  He explained  everything in terms I could understand.  He made me feel I was in good hands and that he and Daniel  would get the job done at minimum cost and done right, and they did.  I am very pleased with the work Matt and Daniel did, they both get 5 stars.  With Service Experts like Matt and Daniel Gold Medal will always be the best!

Fantastic job. Brad and Tim were on time, very polite and did a fabulous job installing the new lights and replacing the old ones. They were super neat and clean and put everything back the way it was. I love the amount of light we have now with the new installation. Incredible difference. Thank you for a job well done.

Mike was a wonderful skilled master plumber.  He quickly determined the problem and provided me with with the range of solutions and the costs and the benefits of each.  This allowed me to make the determination of what was the best choice for my home usage and budget. I would be happy to have Mike do any plumbing work in the future as he is not only an excellent plumber but also an intelligent and polite communicator.

Victor was knowledgeable and was able to explain what he was going to do and what needed to be done in the future to maintain the system.
Every technician  from Gold Medal that has done work for me has been experienced, provided high quality service, and was very friendly.
AND they always leave the work area as clean, or cleaner, than it was when they started.
I have recommended Gold Medal to my friends in the past and will continue to do so.
