Terrible Realtor! I have never heard of such a horrible realtor! My brother listed his house with them. It had been under contract for 3 months before they even bothered to put a sign in the yard. When they were called and asked about it, the realtor said it was too far to drive to the country home. A couple of my friends asked me about the house, and I gave them the realtor's number. One called and left a message and no one ever called back. The other called me and told me that they were told the house was not available. I called and inquired about the house, and the receptionist told me that didn't have a listing at that address. They took one pic from a horrible angle and posted it. All other pics that were posted were taken and provided by them and put on an independent site, because they had given up on the realtor actually doing their job. The house finally sold, not with any effort by the realtor, but by a referral from a family friend, but the realtor got paid. They are very unprofessional and a scam!

Apparently will only rent to white people. Set up an appointment to rent a town home and everything seem fine over the phone. Show up and the whole demeanor changed and it was suddenly 'unavailable'. Had someone else call and ask and was told it was in fact available to rent. The elderly woman who runs this management must have something against African Americans, or at least them living in her bigoted housing. Wouldn't recommend paying her for any services whatsoever.

Like the other commenter said they must only like white renters because everytime I show up all they ever have available are those run down looking apartments on elberta circle. Never show anything else to blacks.
