If I could give no stars, I would. Todd Land is a Slum Lord. He refuses to fix anything that’s wrong in your home. I had a roof leak for months that he refused to fix. He’s rude and discriminates against African Americans. I would not recommend no one to rent from him.

I could not have asked for a better agent or agency to help us find our perfect house.  Mr. Land called me on many occasions with new houses to look at that fit the requirements that I had asked for.  He returned my calls quickly and answered all my questions.  His staff, Mrs. Fern and Mrs. Rhonda were always a pleasure to talk to and helpful with any paper work I needed.  After looking at many houses Mr. Land found the perfect house and he got us a great deal on our house.  I was amazed at how much he got our house and 4 acres for, almost half of the asking price.  He was such a great help in the process from start to finish because this was the first house we had ever bought and we did not have a clue as to what we needed to do.   Mr. Land knew what to do and helped us through it all with a smile on his face and a friendly professional attitude.  I can not thank him and his agency enough for all that they have done to help us get the house of our dreams.  Thank you so much and I would highly recommend him and his agency for all your real estate needs.
