They are very honest which is hard to find for a mechanic. They are friendly and  upbeat people. They give off the impression that they love what they are doing. Mike seans like a really a great guy. I don't know if they are the absolute cheapest place around. However, you will not get messed over with them. They are honest and very competent. I have been using them for over seven years.

They work with appointments only. You usually have to schedule an appointment about a week in advance. If you really stuck, a lot of times they can squeeze you in. The whole appointment thing is a bit of a hassle, but it is very very worth it. 
You know that you'll be getting exactly what you need. Nothing more, and nothing less. 

If you sent your vehicle in with a possible problem, Mike will always call you before he does work with an estimate, to see if you are okay with it.

Have been going to them for 17+ years (since 2000) for everything. The most honest repair shop I've ever dealt with, and really nice folks. They wont even charge for minor stuff.  For e.g. if you go in for inspection and get your tires rotated - he never charges for the rotation as he has the tires off anyway.  And Mike is just awesome at troubleshooting and fixing strange/difficult issues

Very good service and quick. Reasonable prices. Mike and his crew are very friendly and honest about the work. I've been a customer for over 15 years and will remain one. Recommended!

Great service. Guys, you need an answering machine!!! 

Also, when we confirmed recent appt "date" for an inspection and set it up, we found out after not hearing from anyonre at 11am if car was done, that you were actually closed that saturday.... after already dropping off car and keys the night before. Can someone call if you even think they are a no show, which wasnt the case. Of course we will still recommend your shop! Just need to fix the kinks!!
