These guys are the best. Several years ago I used to go to pep boys and pep boys only because automotive service is their main industry. I didn’t start coming to Walmart for oil changes until someone at the pep boys right across oxford valley mall decided to mess up my oil tank and then replaced the oil cap with a temporary oil cap. This resulted in a $500 Repair which was apparently quite rare occurrence and also required meineke to keep the car overnight. Now after years of coming here to get oil changes and tire service I can successfully vouch for these guys in doing a great job. Jim is the man and the other guys in the shop are great too. Their prices are only a plus, and the thing about price is that I could care less. All I want is quality and convenience, so you know this place will provide both. I bought this last week and it’s great. So here’s some advice for two parties, first; penny pinchers and cheap people, please stop leaving these guys bad reviews because you don’t know how to work harder by making more money to not be broke. These guys aren’t your slaves and if you have a problem with Walmart’s prices then go order online so that you can continue being a cheap rude individual. For car service learn to do it yourself because you won’t find cheaper than this except for a few dollars if you’re lucky. Last people to blame are these guys, they don’t own this country invading corporation. Secondly, management and supervisors who walk all the way to the car care center to harass these guys for not picking up the phone and/or other reasons. You all are a bunch of tools. Please leave them alone so that they can continue to bring you repeat customers TO THE INSIDE OF THE STORE rather than constantly harassing them. I’ve been in long lines at 7 in the morning when they first open, and rather than doing something to help these guys get through the long line of customers or even answering the phone, you start yelling at them in front of customers as if that’s okay? Either be a helpful tool or get back in the toolbox. Walmart please send in some corporate training for these managers and try to train these managers at this location better and if not then swap them out with the good employees who actually provide good service. I myself have witnessed these rude managers and supervisors, they belittle their employees without a single drop of help and then they are rude to the people who are there to give Walmart their money, your customers. Huge Respect to these guys for fighting through all the disrespectful treatment from managers and tool like supervisors. Like I said, please handle them so customers don’t have to speak up for them to the managers you have in place, and yes I have spoken up for them.

It took hours and hours and staff is not helpful

Took my car for Oil change and Tire rotation. Staff is extremely lazy and does not know how to treat customers. Employees were constantly arguing with each other about their roles and responsibilities. There were 4 cars before mine for oil change and it took the team 90+ minutes before they got to my car. Most employees lacks technical training. They constantly spend time to argue/chat with each other while working on a car. Even though all customers are watching and waiting they shamelessly continue to talk and not focus on the job at hand. They will show attitude if you even ask a question or are observing them while you wait for two hours.
 
Only person who is good enough is the one who initially handled my order. Everyone else should be relieved from their job.

Overall experience: Poor service, Poor work quality, Possibility of damaging your car, ZERO customer satisfaction, and ZERO customer respect.    

Also, I asked them to check if they can inspect air filter of my car and see if it needs replacement. I was told they will not do it and do not have time to do it.  

AMAZING HOW A COMPANY LIKE WALMART HAVE THIS TYPE OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND THE CORPORATE IS NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO FIX THIS. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Ken was awesome.  Took his time to check my tire and convinced me to repair as opposed to replace.  I was in and out fast.
