My 325xi has a few warning lights & needs some minor repairs. I had been searching for a new shop specializing in German cars. Drove by after hours one evening and decided to pop in the next morning to discuss what I needed done & hopefully find my new mechanic. 

Vadim ended up assisting me the morning I stopped in. We discussed what was going on with my car and he even pointed out a leak which should also be looked at & suggested I come back the following weekend so he could give my car a thorough once over.

I took my car back in & after checking things out on the lift, they let me know most things were in great shape. We scheduled the needed repair and they even changed my burnt out headlight bulb on the spot. 

I did not give five stars for one reason... I haven't had the repair done as of yet, but I am very impressed with the customer service I received and wanted to pass the word along to the Internet world. 

I will most definitely be bringing my car back to V&V for all current and future repairs. The estimate I received was extremely fair and the staff is knowledgeable.
