Not a very nice hotel. We stayed two nights....wish we would have found somewhere else. The whole place is outdated and needs a LOT of renovation. Had a decent breakfast...but even now when I think back on our stay I kind of shudder. I brought my own sheets and blanket in from the car so I could sleep. We found socks and what looked like chocolate or coffee beans under the edge of the bed. Also the carpet was stained and there was ketchup on the curtains. Not a very clean place. The bedding was alright I guess but yeah...just not the greatest stay...I am gonna stop typing so I can forget this place once and for all!

Biggest dump ever. It looks nothing like the pictures online. Zero stars from me. I rented a room with two queen beds, one of the beds had a pillow that was wrinkled as if it had been slept on. The carpet on the floor is really dirty, and there appears to be blood stains near the bathroom. Moreover, behind the bathroom door there was a used towel hanging from the previous guest. There is food in the fridge from whoever left it last. I hate this place, and they immediately took a deposit, that can take up to a week to be refunded... so I don't know what to do.

The female who works at the service desk is EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful. She exhibits no understanding of the needs of the customers. When you come up and ask questions or call, she is monotone and gives half answers. She has no level sympathy, understanding or consideration. She exhibits a poor standard of dress and professionalism. Answering personal cars to her husband while on the floor and we're all waiting for her. Ive also waited beyond 5 business days for my refund of $125.00. She said it would take 3-5 business days. She then said 5-7 business days. Now it's "no longer than 15." That's a lot of money for them to hold onto for so long. Ive stayed at hotels 100x nicer and holds released immediately. I would discourage anybody from staying here. Not to mention the morning breakfast attendant is a grouch and selectively helps individuals. Look for another hotel. This one is terrible.

My family and I stayed in the executive suites. The rooms are great, spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioner works well, tv with great channels and wifi works great. We are giving them 5 stars because every staff member we met is friendly and happy. They made our stay even better. The waterfall into the pool is an added bonus to the vacation feeling. The breakfast has a variery of foods to choose from. There is some future upgrades and remodeling coming (like the bar/lounge) but those things will make a great place even better. If you are looking for reasonable rates and a place to rest your head or just to lounge by the pool then you have all you need here.

Ok, after reading some of these reviews, I was genuinely scared since it was too late to change my reservations. But. The pool has been cleaned, and is cleaned out daily during my visit. Yes. the TV is an older CRT without HDMI ports, but it's about right for the age of the place. The rooms are old, and need renovation, but there are no bugs or rodents. In days gone by, this hotel had been known as a "hook up hotel". The bar is closed, meaning that the hordes of cougars looking for college kids are gone. The place is under new management, as of the last couple of weeks, and they are working on renovating the place. To give you an idea of the age, this hotel used to be a Howard Johnson
