We decided to extend our visit to overnight. We weren't sure if we were going to find accommodations on such short notice. But we did and our stay was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rate was affordable. Thank you Extended Stay America for a memorable visit!

Stayed during Hurricane Matthew. Very pet friendly, dog were everywhere. Staff was cheerful, helpful, and very accommodating during the crisis. They did their best during our time there. We had two adults, two boys, and two medium dogs. Paid the pet premium, but that is to be expected everywhere. Yes, we would go there again.

Deluxe king suite is decent for the price. However the room that we received the knob for the shower was very stiff. Hot water pressure is either really low or the knob needs to be fixed. It was so stiff when we tried shutting off it just dripped all night because we couldn't turn it all the way off and couldn't get the temperature above warm. We checked in on Saturday night and was informed no room service on Sunday. So we went ahead and asked for a couple of extra sets of towels. There were no dishes in the kitchenette but we were advised we could request what dishes we wanted at the front desk. As we walked down the hallways there was traces muffins and wrappers everywhere. The A/C worked and made cold air but during the night it kept going off and on every 30 seconds or so. This hotel does not have ice machines but luckily because we had full size fridge, no ice maker, the hotel was kind enough to provide ice trays to make our own ice. But upon check-in there was no ice made. Two of us checked in but was only one key card was provided but the front desk clerk was happy to make another.

To start with, the location and pricing couldn't be better. You're close to shopping, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, Cranes Roost, and you won't get a better bang for your buck out in Altamonte. If you're looking for JUST bed to sleep in, an equipped kitchenette, all inside a decent, clean room-- you've found it, so look no further. However, if you're looking for a swimming pool, spa, fitness room, or even so much as a vending machine (They do however have a laundry room)... This isn't what you're looking for. This is a place simply to stay when you're not out having fun. Nothing more or less.

To find out after a 8 hour drive that your confirmed reservation is cancelled does not make one especially happy. I made my reservation a month in advance and chose this property since it was advertised as being pet friendly. I even noted on my reservation that I was traveling with a small bird that would remain in its cage for the one night stay. Once I arrived, the staff pulled up the reservation and said they only accepted dogs and cats and I would have to find another hotel. When I asked why I was not told this at the time I made the reservation, the staff admitted they had not read my note but just automatically confirmed my stay.
