Zero not one star!!  I went to this location thinking that it would be a professional experience, it was the total opposite I don't know how the mall would allow such low standards to pass.  The Dentist shows up late to work. Then they finally take my daughter in to do the xrays and cleaning .  I brought my daughter in for wisdom teeth extractions.  They said they would charge $125 per tooth so a total of $500 for a treatment cream that prevents infection but my daughters dental insurance covers everything.  So the $500 was extra that they  did not suggest as an option they said I had to pay it for them to even do the work?!  It Made no sense to me so I called my daughters dental insurance they said there should b no extra charges so my insurance called them which lead to almost an hour of the altamonte mall dental putting them on hold and disconnecting.  Seems shady to me.. My daughters insurance suggested another dentist.  I would advise other not to go to this place.

This place should be shut down. I went for a simple exam and cleaning. I was told I needed two fillings which I got and ended up with and infections in my lower gums. Also, both times I went there I had to wait over three hours each time.  Incompetent, rude, ignorant staff. I wish I could give the negative stars. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEATH DEPARTMENT. MOST AWFUL DENTIST IN MY LIFE. DONT DESERVE THE ONE STAR I GAVE THEM. THEY USE DIRTY USED EQUIPMENT.

If I could give zero stars, I would. :-( Terrible service. Was a new patient- Waited 4 hours to see the doctor. It was supposed to be an easy visit- a normal exam with a few X-rays. Never in my life have I ever waited this long in a dentist office. They did the x-rays first, but then I had to sit in the freezing cold room/chair to see the doctor. Have to come back to fill a cavity but never coming ever again for ANYTHING.

This place needs to stop calling me, I keep getting calls from here and I never been nor have I ever called to set up appointment, called them back and they act like they had no idea that they had been calling me... This place sucks!!!! I do not recommend to anyone!!!!

Only giving 3 because of the nice nurses that helped me, but the Dr.s are arrogant and the receptionists are RUDE AND MEAN! Not helpful at all!
