I love Aspen Dental. Vannesa is very sweet and delicate when she does the cleaning. The staff are supper efficient. I’m glad I choose them.

Aspen dental staff is friendly and welcoming.  It was my first visit and I feel like family. I highly recommend them to care for your smile because they care. 💟

I only gave this place two stars for the following reasons

Customer service: as my first time being at Aspen dental I found that the front desk/receptionist ladies were very great and friendly. However the way I was treated by the dental assistant was rude. When I was called by the dental assistant to come back, she began doing my x-rays and was very insensitive, unfriendly, and moving so fast which made me feel she needed to get me out her way, I didn't even get her name. It was very unwelcoming. Then as she had me move to the next room she was still in a hurry and as she was talking to me afterward she was addressing me with her back turned toward me not once looking at me. Then the dentist came in and was the same way. This made be not want to come back. To me because going to the dentist can be traumatic and stressful you want to be put at ease that they will take care of you and I did not have that feeling.

Pros: The location is nice and the office is very clean

All the staff were friendly, professional and more than competent. As far as I can say that I enjoyed a visit to the dentist, this may be the best dental visit I have ever had.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Professional and clean. Very thorough in the process of the exam and setting up future treatments and procedures.
