I am horribly afraid of  the dentist and have been since I was a child. From start to finish, I was made to feel comfortable with no anxiety at all. Liz at the front desk assured me I was in good hands and kept me laughing while I waited to go back. Gianna Lee and Jennifer made sure they explained everything they were doing so there would be no surprises and I was at ease with everything that was going on. Dr. Harper is amazing. She also did everything I needed to feel not only well taken care of, but cared for. What is normally a very hard experience for me was made so much better by the care and attention of a phenomenal staff and a fantastic doctor. I am so happy that I found this office. I have already recommended them to my neighbor. :)

After being told I owed nothing for my work, I got a bill 90 days later for fifty dollars and when I went back to ask why I was suddenly being billed I was given the run around and told "well the person who told you that doesn't work here anymore, I don't know why she said that. Can you pay it today?" And when I told them I would no longer be going there, the bill was suddenly doubled.  Don't waste your time in an office where the billing people obviously have no clue how to do their jobs or even speak to people. Any other place would've at least apologized and they did not do that either.  Move on to someplace better.

Save yourself the stress and your teeth. This office pretty much has a revolving door when it comes to the dentists that practice there. They have had a new dentist every time I have needed to come in.  I was coming to this office because of the convenience of it being close to where I work.  I'm regretting this decision with every fiber of my being.  Their billing is a complete joke.  You get mailed bills, when you're insurance hasn't even completed the process of paying them, and when you call or go in to dispute it they give you some lame of the wall excuse that statements are mailed out  automatically and to disregard.  Sounds like a scam to me! They never get back to you on the status of your bill or credits. 

I have had to go back to get fillings re-done and of course they have a different dentist there than the one that worked on you, so you think the job will get done the right way but that's not the case.  Completely my fault for going back to this office after so much hassle and unnecessary work. Needless to say I'm already visiting another dentist that is fixing the work I had done there with no billing issues. 

Again, just save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I agree totally with all the other bad reviews that have been posted.  My bad experience was the same as theirs.  Never again.

BEWARE!!! This place don't even deserve a single star. They will purposely diagnose you for treatments you don't need just to suck you and your insurance money dry. Will give you ever excuse in the book to not give  you your free cleanings for the year. Altamonte springs family dentistry is a money pit and I had to learn the hard way after hunderds of dollars spent on unnecessary treatments. My final straw with this place was last week. I just recently went to another dentist and the experience was totally different very professional and I didn't have any of the cavities altamonte springs family dentistry said I had. I aslo was able to get my free cleaning with no pressure of some receptionist handing me a 600 dollar full of bs bill. This place needs to be reported. Feel sorry for anyone who is still a current patient here.
