Alternate Solutions Care Giver Specialist in LHC has been a life-saver for me.   I live out of state and am so grateful for the wonderful and caring support they provide my mom.  They began taking my mom on errands and shopping trips when she gave up driving.  They have been there for her to help with emergency type situations.  They have a resourceful handyman that has helped us out of a bind more than once.  Their in-home care accelerated with her chronic back pain and as her dementia began progressing.  Their communication is responsive and they never make me feel like I am asking too much of them.  "It's what we're here for" is a common response when they take on some out of the ordinary request I've made or when I hear of something they took care of without hesitation.  The caregivers really go above and beyond when it comes to caring for my mom.  We are both eternally grateful we found Alternate Solutions Care Giver Specialist.

The people are pleasant, efficient and very thoughtful.  When doing my grocery shopping when I had two sprained ankles the caregiver went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.
