Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. The office staff was pleasant and very helpful in getting a technician to us quickly even though they were very busy. We have been customers for many years and find the the technicians to be professional and efficient. Joe, who has been here several times, gets especially high marks for his patience, professional expertise, and personality!

I had SigmaTremblay do a lot of work in my home over the last year and they were exceptional in all areas. I had a new Buderus furnace installed, a Mitsubishi ductless outdoor unit for air conditioning with a heat pump put in, and a set of gas logs in a vent free fireplace replaced. John Tremblay was always knowledgeable, gracious, and patient. He answered calls quickly, stayed on top of all installations, and followed up to make sure all went well and that I was happy with the results. Added to all that---he arranged for NYSERDA [a government agency] to be involved and when I qualified for that, it saved me thousands of dollars!! Really a huge benefit! It is a LOT of paperwork and aggravation, thus the patience part. John and his staff guided me through it and I got a large check in addition to marvelously cool rooms in summer, a toasty warm house in winter, and a comfy, pretty fireplace to sit by while the snow falls. The crews who did the work were terrific. They all were personable, polite, on time, efficient, answered all questions, and cleaned up amazingly well. They always covered everything around the installations and even the outside work areas were neat and no debris anywhere. The a/c unit is noiseless on the inside and quiet on the outside. It is very near my deck and I can still enjoy company or read peacefully while the unit cools the house. I highly recommend SigmaTremblay and hope if you need any kind of HVAC work done, you will talk to John and let him explain options, ideas, and answer your questions and concerns. It is a good company, well run, with great people, and they know what they are doing. It just doesn't get any better than that, call them!

Had a great experience with sigma and the both salesman and install crew. The sales man was very helpful,andi was very happy with the install guys, very clean, helpful,and polite. Since install i have had service guy back for yearly maintenance he was also very polite and informative of the unit and i very happy with my experience with them.

All my experiences with Sigma Tremblay have been exceptional. Their guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Their work is top notch and very clean.

I couldn't be happier with the Accel furnace and hot water heater combo Sigma Tremblay has expertly chosen and installed. Over the past six years of home ownership, we've had a nightmare with our heat and hot water - two bursted water heaters (with two flooded basements) and $3,000 - 6,000 annual heating bills. We've had nothing but a smooth transition to gas and estimated to have saved $3,000 on our first year's heating bill. The conversion from oil to the gas Accel duo along with the expert and friendly service and installation done by Sigma Tremblay has been the best homeowner's decision we've made to date!
