Great bank with many benefits for the person getting to rebuild their credit. It's also open 7 days a week .

This location needs to stop handling banker issues at the tell windows! I cannot stand waiting 20 minutes to deposit money. This happens all the time. Right now I'm standing in a six person deal line while writing this. I got here 15 minutes ago and the line hasn't moved.

*Update - it took 31 min to deposit two checks

I am very happy and grateful that they provide service on the weekends, regardless if there is a wait.  Thank you Altra!

So sick of automated this and that. Every way to check my account balance is currently shut down and I figured I'd call to check since there is NO OTHER WAY and all I get is automated with NO way to talk to a human to check my account balance. EXTREMELY IRRITATED!!!!!!
